The real gross domestic product per capita (Engl. per capita GDP in real terms) in 2006 stood at $ 50,332 (national average of the 50 U.S. states: 37,714; place national ranking: 2). Only Delaware has a higher per capita incomes. Is grown in Connecticut mainly cereals, potatoes, tobacco, corn and oats. The state will operate ordinary livestock. Connecticut is a very industrial state, among other things, there are aircraft engines, machinery, fabricated metal products, textiles, nuclear submarines and various chemical products produced. Supposedly there was also the Frisbee disc invented.
